If you would like to explore how counselling can help you and find out if online counselling is suitable for you, please call or email me for an initial free no obligation 20-minute telephone call to discuss issues or concerns that you might wish to address in therapy.
If you are struggling with difficult feelings and decisions, it can just be a great support to talk to a professional. Our work together is completely confidential.
Working together with you, I aim to help you process difficult situations or feelings, by offering a welcoming, safe and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, feel heard and understood, develop a greater understanding of yourself and your issues, find patterns and make connections, form new perspectives, forge better relationships with yourself and others and work out new ways to deal with your problems and live a more fulfilling live.
I am trained to help you understand your feelings and how to deal with them.
Common reasons for seeking counselling are loss and grief, anxiety and depression, relationship problems, work related stress, transitions to new life stages or just knowing where your life is going.

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a gentle, evidence-based therapy that helps people heal from traumatic or distressing experiences. It is based on the understanding that difficult experiences can sometimes become "stuck" in the brain, leaving us feeling overwhelmed, anxious, fearful, or emotionally triggered long after the event has passed.
EMDR works by helping the brain naturally process these memories, reducing the emotional distress they cause. As memories become less overwhelming, many people notice they feel calmer, more confident, and better able to respond to situations in the present rather than being held back by the past.We believe in creating meaningful experiences that inspire and connect. Let us help you bring your vision to life.
During an EMDR session, I will guide you through a structured process using bilateral stimulation, such as eye movements, gentle tapping, or alternating sounds. You remain in control throughout the session, and unlike some therapies, EMDR does not require you to describe every detail of your experiences.
EMDR is widely recognised as an effective treatment for trauma and PTSD, but it can also help with anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, grief, low self-esteem, childhood experiences, and other emotional difficulties that may be affecting your wellbeing today.
Healing is possible. EMDR can help you make sense of the past, reduce emotional distress, and move forward with greater resilience, confidence, and hope.
