Counselling can take place either via telephone or online, using Zoom, meaning you can fit therapy into your life wherever you have access to a confidential space. I offer one-to-one regular 50 minutes counselling sessions for adults, that are usually same time and day every week. Depending on the needs of each individual I see people on a long-, medium- and short-term basis or time limited, with regular reviews of how you and I feel the work is going to ensure we are addressing the most important issues for you.

If after the first session we both feel we can work together, You can choose what you would like to work on, go at your own pace, after which we will regularly review how our work is going and, if you find it useful, you can choose to continue on an open-ended term for as long as you feel you need to.
The sessions are 50 minutes long and are held each week, on a specific day convenient for both, at regular times.
Currently the fee is £45 per session. The counselling fee is subject to review every year. I offer limited reduced rate sessions for those experiencing financial hardships.
